Sarah Philips

After earning an LLB Law Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Staffordshire University, Sarah began her career in law. In July 2012, she transitioned to a new path, becoming a Chartered Surveyor in May 2016. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in property management, working on various projects, including development initiatives and established portfolios. Her robust asset management expertise spans multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, and estate management. Currently, as the Head of Estates at Barking Riverside, Sarah oversees and implements estate strategies for a large residential development, alongside managing two community centers and several commercial units.
