Developing the role of the EAL Co-ordinator (Online Regional Training)

The course will support with induction, identification of EAL and the pupil’s primary needs, using assessments to support the development of language targets and tracking progress. In addition, we will look at developing an EAL policy, introduce inclusive planning frameworks that may be used by teachers and raise awareness of some strategies that can be used for EAL learners.
